This isn’t correct at least when I was hired. 15 days for senior and below or anyone with 2 years or less of service.
22 days for 2 or more years of service or manager and above.
Firm gives 13 holidays including the 3 floating. You may use one day vacation on a week long shutdown yes....
Also people are pretty flexible with moving hours around.
For example I’ve been on busy projects where they’ve just told us to book some hours to a Friday and just take a day off.
Also, at least on my team, no one books vacation hours for taking half a day to renew a drivers license or do some errands and I’ve even flown from client site to weekend getaway on a Thursday night and worked 1-2 hours Friday without taking vacation.
TLDR: It’s very team dependent.
Considering we have to use our own pto for firm shut downs it seems crazy the balance would be so low

Fortunately, 10 days is incorrect as listed below.
I thought it’s 15 days
Not sure this is true. You can earn up to 15 days if you’re an SA or below and have been with the firm for less than two years. If you’ve been with the firm for 2+ years and are an SA and above, you can earn up to 20 days. When you join, you start out with 0 days, and accrue PTO hours on a monthly basis.

10 days is definitely incorrect for the US firm. P1 is correct though it’s 2 floating holidays.
P1 is correct. And P4 is describing a formal flexibility policy in where if you have billed 40 client hours by Thursday, you can take Friday off without using PTO. It’s quite a generous policy when you include the firmwide shutdowns.
