I’ve been a licensed general lines (2-20) insurance agent for year and a half and have sold around 2M in premium, of which most of it is personal lines (homeowners, DP), and some commercial lines business. Is anyone a Complex Claim Director (Excess Insurance)? I have been offered a 100% remote role, so I dont think regional pay differences apply. I'm interested in what AIG pay for this role, including PTO.

Industry Advice: I am currently in a Commercial P&C CSR broker position working with manufacturing and staffing clients. I am working towards a promotion within my same team in the near future but an Account Manager position has opened up now in the construction space within our office.
