Got an offer for Sr. A.E selling SaaS. $150K base, OTE $275K and 20,000 RSU (5 years vest) but value of RSU is undisclosed since this is a startup.

What should be the salary for Manager / Sr Manager having 14+ yoe in project/product service operations? I am at 32 lpa which I think is quite low having worked with top consulting firms for close to 12 years.

My boss assigned me to a project for which I have no training or expertise. I was billed out at full rate but could produce nothing. My boss was okay with that as long as he made his numbers. I on the other hand saw a real ethical problem with the situation. When I spoke to my boss about this, I was fired.

I have to be honest that I'm not really feeling this career. I've been doing this for 2 years. What are the most logical jumps I can make? Have you ever heard of going into creative work from media?

I had a great first year with my company and have been asked to make career goals. It’s not eval cycle but I want to ask for a raise. Last year I was at three months during the eval cycle and they did gave me 1,500. Can anyone think of how to write a bonus as a goal / comp increase. Thx!!

I moved cities and my company is giving me 12% decrease in my salary. My current salary is within my new cities range, and I am definitely not paid market rate to begin with…also for context I have always been a high performer, have many relevant certifications, and am involved with initiatives outside my billable work

I’m not interested in accepting a decrease this large. What happens if you don’t accept it? Do you see if they come back with something more reasonable or will they fire you?

Maybe a dumb question but when y’all say Total Comp/TC do you annualized the comp? Or do you include all the equity granted that will best over four years? For example:

1) TC = base + annual bonus + total value rsus/4 or
2) TC = base + bonus + total value of rsus
