PwC Salaries - are these salary bands accurate? If you’re a senior associate at PwC Aus can you shed some light please

Are there any law or law-adjacent jobs that have 3 or 4 day work weeks (but still full time)? Looking for a change, whether in the legal field or going back to school. Nursing or related jobs are especially appealing given the option to work 3 12-13 hour shifts a week. The work life balance just seems so much better, especially since in biglaw my days are often that long anyway (and there are 5-7 of them a week).

Does your office have a camera on policy? Just wondering how common this is.

Curious how prior experience/transferable skills plays in to comp? When decided to get out of people leadership and move to a recruiter role a year ago was brought in as an “associate” since didn’t have the required year of full cycle recruiting. An “entry level” recruiter isn’t going to make near what I was making as an experienced leader with almost 20 YOE. But have a ton of transferable skills. How much $$ does that equate to in an offer? Or how is it taken into account?
