Question- does anyone have any idea on ERP / SAP practice at Amazon ? Recruiter called me for SAP Business development managerial role at Amazon

Interviewed for final round, Paytm. Post few hours, received mail from HR regarding required documents such as salary slips etc. What does this mean? I’m confused.
FYI , salary negotiation is not happened yet.

Deloitte 🐟: what’s the expected compensation for a SM in Seattle area? 10 YOE, Tech Consulting. Currently making $190K+ bonus.

Which one should I go for?

1. Oracle - 18.3 LPA fixed + probable bonus (I may or may not get)
2. Amadeus - 18 fixed + 1.5 variable.

Amadeus is also giving joining bonus of 75k. Amadeus is paying more, may give better hikes too, but I am finding it hard to let go off Oracle's brand name on my resume even if it's means around 2L less over an year. I am planning to work for atleast 3 years in my next company.

What would you have done in my place? Should I go for Oracle or Amadeus?

How long does it take to prepare a job description? I left EY for a position in the industry and my firm ended up using EY Law.... anyway, it’s been 4.5 months since we kicked off the process and EY Law has been sitting on job description. Any thoughts?

Has anyone ever posted a general marketing position? We have an open position on our marketing team but we are unsure what type of position to offer. We have a wide variety of needs but don’t necessarily need to have this future person have all these skills. For example we need someone with great copywriting skills and also need someone who is great at digital marketing. I am an associate at an AM200 firm and was (IMO) very clear prior to accepting this role that I value work-life balance and wanted to try to keep work at night on the weekends to a minimal, but since February, it seems like it’s always something that requires my time as needed disregarding “business hours” or my personal schedule. My LWD was 16th September and I received FNF 10 days before. Also got initial release letter on my LWD.

I see so many issues in this organisation.
When I joined TCS after 5 days of joining they used to mail me every week for 5 continuous weeks and asked me every time for previous organisation relieving letter.
But they themselves don’t share it and delay a lot.
