Question for anyone that works for the City of San Diego gov. How long could it take from the time you submit your application for a role to the closing date of the application then for the the hiring manager within the city of SD to determine what candidates to interview and then hire? And then for let’s say once the city offers you the job, could you potentially start after 2 weeks or due to the city budget it could take months?

Would anyone help me with time limit for HCL interview after successful completion of 2 technical round. It has been 2 weeks now and no response from HCL technology. Do I need to think that I am rejected or HCL HR is busy with other activities. Even they are not responding to emails about my candidature

Any tips for what Google looks for in customer success manager roles? There's tons of info on S&O and PgM and Product Manager roles, but not CSM. I have an interview lined up but don't want to blow it by talking too much about management, product, or analytics stuff.

What are some good metrics for someone who mainly created user stories, created dashboards, interacted with the client and developed statistical models? I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy. Have you ever taken a career slow down? I am feeling burnt out from COVID and the incremental responsibilities thrown my way over the last 5+ years. I feel like my health has deteriorated. I like my company, but I want to do less. I don’t need to be a HR Director, CHRO, etc. With a career slowdown, I am prepared for a lower compensation and would want decent benefits.
