Question for the group. What’s the best way to get an interview at amazon? I assume cold applying online isn’t ideal? I interviewed back in b-school but declined after the assessment pass. But now I’m in healthcare looking to join a healthcare vertical at amazon but after over a year of applying, I get nothing. Any tips?

I’m currently interviewing with a few top 10 firms and a couple top 100 firms for a mostly remote experienced associate/new senior role. Does anyone have any tips on virtual interviews and how to gauge the culture of the firm and if it really will be a good fit for you? I’m struggling to figure out that out because I used to gauge it on the feeling I got while in their office during interviews. Any suggestions would be helpful :)

What are some Entry Level jobs at AWS in Project Management/Implementation Consulting?

Went through multi-day loop for L5 SA and felt confident in my interactions. Presentation went well with no lack of answers for follow up questions. Just found out 6 days later I will not be receiving an offer, and it is policy to not provide feedback of gaps or reasons behind no offer. Also found out they ask you not to reapply for 1 to 2 years for same role. Would anyone recommend an alternate path for feedback on interview (outside of recruiter) and is the 1-2 year policy true?

I have an interview coming up with the hiring manager for a senior tech writer role. Should I have data to back up a lot of my examples/experience?

Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of data/numbers to use I just have a lot of anecdotal evidence.

I had a first interview last Tuesday with Amazon, which I think went well, although I still haven't heard back 6 days later and then got an OOO annual leave msg and a no response when I chased up the named colleague today. Is this typical behaviour others have experienced when dealing with the big tech company recruiters? I found Google and Facebook recruiters to be efficient and TikTok so-so, if not a little slow, but 6 days+ seems poor.
