Has anyone received an offer letter from EXL (Inductis India Pvt Ltd) that was extremely restrictive and reading which felt like one is signing up for going to prison rather than get employment? No leave policy mentioned, hundreds of paragraphs of worst case scenarios, pathetic salary breakup, etc. ?

Does anyone have experience with Ben Glass’s “Great Legal Marketing” programs? https://greatlegalmarketing.com
I ordered a free “starter kit” from his company and received a decent-sized box with some books and audio CD’s. Haven’t listened to the CD’s yet, but the books aren’t bad, with plenty of practical advice.
Now he’s running a promotion where you can get two months of his basic-level course for just $19.95 to cover the cost of shipping. It seems that Ben is one of the better-regarded legal marketing “gurus” out there.

I don't think anything will go back to the way it was pre-pandemic. Everything is different than that but change isn't always bad. I see it as progression. Glad you were able to take a break and take care of your mental health. Your mental and physical health is more important than a job.
Mental health is very important. I myself had some very difficult times specific to the freight delays over the last 2 years and took the opportunity to realize I needed a career change. Sometimes the hard times will force you to make a change. Looking back I'm glad I went through it because I wouldn't be were I'm at now if it wasn't for it. Good luck to you!
I totally understand this. I took off for a month once to grieve and then it took me weeks to get back into my work flow. I don't think there's any real science. You'll just get back into the flow as you do it.
Do you think that your lack of motivation is due to your lack of passion for your career or are you just not used to working? I think it's fair to assess how you feel about your job.
Try to jump on as many projects as possible. I had to take a step back from work and the only way to get back into the flow was to keep myself busy with work. I needed to keep myself excited about work and keep up with goals.
Get you a great work community. Two or three people that can hold you accountable and keep you up to date if you fall behind. They also make work more fun
It is slowly getting back to normal. That's how I see it. You should try working on small projects first.
Why is that so? Maybe your passion is no longer in logistics? Have you considered switching to other industries?
