Real talk how do you adjust to the age differences in an mba? Recently started school at 25 and most of my classmates are 2-6 years older than me and sometimes it feels hard to connect - does it get easier over time? Am I imagining it? I think in undergrad since most of your friends were at the same age/period in life it was a bit easier to connect..

Curious the pay difference between SAP and partner consulting firms. What can a S4 HANA cloud or OnPrem consultant expect to get paid at a place like EY or another big 4 firm with 3-5 years of experience in PMO/Functional Consulting roles with an MBA?

Is there a ceiling in BD&L work both in consulting and in industry for those who didn’t do a PhD or MD? I feel like most of the individuals I see in these roles at senior levels have one or both degrees. Am I “wasting” time taking projects in these spaces if I only plan on getting an MBA?
