I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.
Update :
After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement
Hi fishes,
Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

I was where you are a few years ago. Nothing WRONG per se but I was just kind of meh. I decided to interview a few places just to maybe get an offer and use it to negotiate a raise. Ended up calling in love with my current firm during the interview process and accepted their offer without hesitation. That was two years ago and I still feel excited about my firm and my work. Sometimes you don't know what you're missing until it's right in front of you.
Flip side is you interview a few places and decide you have it pretty good where you are. Either way, no harm in looking.
What are you not satisfied with now? If you really liked it until recently, I would stick it out a bit because it could definitely be covid fatigue and you could be leaving something you really liked for no reason. I would sit down and write a list of what you DONT like, and see if they can be attributed to covid reasons. The light is at the end of the tunnel
Im in the EXACT same position to the point where I I was looking to move to another city. Had to really sit and write out what was bothering me and it came back to Covid. No traveling, higher all around stress, had a vacation scheduled but then the Texas winter storm halted all plans. Got into a pretty deep depression. I think writing out what you don’t like but also writing down the things you’re grateful for helps put things in perspective and it’s giving me a little jolt of energy. Still climbing out of that though
