PwC India Folks, heard from someone that AC Kolkata will publish hike letters next week. Please vidate this info.
Also, if i resign now/next week and my last working date is after July 31st, i can still get my hike and bonus, correct? This is written in the employee handbook and my offer letter. I would appreciate if someone who has greater insights to reconfirm this.

I worked at NH a few years ago, though not in their Public Sector practice. At least in my experience, the firm was 80-90% non-travel, and so comp was lower than Big 4 or other firms that expect travel. I would recommend asking the recruiter about travel expectations because there are some groups that do. By and large, the company had some of the nicest, most collaborative people I’ve worked with - way better than the culture of the B4 I’m at now. WLB was pretty good too. They went through some growing pains around 2016-2018ish which led to attrition and some cultural shifts, but there are still a lot of people I like and respect working there. They just announced a new CEO (longtime firm leader) is taking over in 2022 so I’m not sure how that will change things. Feel free to DM me if additional questions.
I worked at NH for 12 years, ending in 2016. I've kept in touch with a number of people at the firm and understand that they have move away from their local office model and moved more towards a Big 4 travel-heavy model. As the other poster said, I'd ask the recruiter. I was in the public sector practice at NH and they've got some great, talented consultants. Also many fewer big egos than you find a lot of places.
