What's an appropriate retention bonus I could try to negotiate into the contract (say, % bonus if still employed at the firm in x years)?

Have no experience with contract negotiations; really appreciate any suggestions!

Been with my current company 5 years now. I run my own team but have a micromanaging boss who likes to create chaos for me. He also exhibits stalker like behavior by looking up my family online (addresses, emails, phone numbers, FB/Twitter accounts, you name it) and driving by my house and commenting on things I was doing during the weekend or after work.
