Received ECT AD in ops at BCG. I have two questions:
1. Is it difficult for these roles to get utilization/billability targets?
2. If I work for say 3-5 years, opportunity for good industry exits?

A question:
Is it possible to become an attorney (getting JD, admission to bar and keep license to practice) but not practice law at all and keep working in a totally different profession where you are already working at? I know professionally this doesn’t make sense but just curious to know.

I am a Senior SF Admin with 9 years of SF experience. Mostly I look after a team consisting of Admins and do all usual Admin stuff plus BA/Consultant work. I recently got a very good offer from a Product company but the job role is Salesforce Support Manager. Though I don't mind being in support vertical but I am worried that I might drift away from SFDC Domain and get involved more in the Support process and eventually take my career away from Salesforce.

Any tips/warnings/advice on potentially trying to move from Big 4 to either MBB or a T2 boutique firm? I’m anticipating reaching M1 in Big 4 within the next 12 months. I really like my current practice, but frankly as I eye comp across the bowl, I’m hungry for more elsewhere, even with the recent Big 4 bumps.
