SAs at Accenture Strat are at $95K, that’s after one year of experience. C’s in Strat (2-3 years) start at 110

A consultant 3 years out of undergrad can take home more than $200k?

Our promotion structure goes from associate to senior associate and our SAs now make 165k.
Year 3 can be $200k+
To clarify, are we talking base salaries here? I was offered 82k base (increased from 78k) + 15-25% bonus potential.

Depends on what type of firm you’re at, but that’s grossly underpaid for anyone at a strategy firm 2-3 years out of undergrad.
