Recently, I received a 27 LPA offer from phData (25 LPA fixed + variable + 50K joining bonus).

I already have a 20.5 LPA offer from Tiger Analytics, so I approached HR for re-negotiation. They informed me that, considering my 4 years of experience, the maximum they can offer is 22.5 LPA + 1 Lakh joining bonus + WFH option.

On the other hand, at phData, I would have to relocate from Pune to Bangalore and work 5 days a week due to their banking project.

What do you guys think? What should I do?

I’ve been a freelance print production designer for many years, and usually on-site in the before times. Now I work remote, and am finding it uneasy dealing with billing. Before I always billed hourly, which made sense, but it’s becoming an issue now. Some companies don’t have a full days’ work, so it seems wrong to bill full days, and it allows me to juggle projects for different companies, but my billable hours are down. I know I should bill a daily rate, but not sure that will fly. Thoughts?

Overall yearly is coming around 38LPA

In GS my current fixed is only 13LPA but got bonus of 3lk last yr on a prorated basis as i joined only last yr may.

The problem is I just relocated to Pune for my wife's work, we have set up our house here and now if I accept offer I again have to relocate to Bangalore because they aren't offering WFH. What should I do? I know Morgan Stanley is a very reputed firm and might make an enormous impact in my technical growth, but is it worth taking the pain of relocation again?? I am confused.
