What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

Its common. I have seen multiple posts here saying their process is damn slow and it might be over a month when you see your offer.

I can confirm this. I finally got my offer 1 month later and was told the same thing about a backlog in sign offs.
The pipeline is full, hence the hiring process is slow. But this is normal.
It’s the process, HR/Recruitment are super slow at the moment.
Very normal, it was almost 4 weeks from a verbal offer from recruit to written formal offer earlier this summer for me
Do you have anything else in the works you can leverage to pressure them?
I should have an offer in industry by early next week (I’m interviewing to work for a former mentor in my current role). She said while I should definitely let her know if I do get an offer, that she doesn’t expect it will matter lol.
I’m used to the Big 4 processes being slow but this has just been a bit odd.
