Interviewed with EJ, RJ, and Stifel as a new advisor. which to pick? EJ offering way more base up front with small goodknight to start. RJ’s fancy AMP training program is just slap a yellow pages down and start dialing with little to no practice building training. Stifel seems similar to RJ, with less hidden customer fees, more flexibility on customizing your fee schedule per customer, and there is a possibility of the lead FA in the office retiring out soon with his 120m book.

Good performance management dictates relevant, TIMELY feedback. I’d challenge any formal feedback that was given after the fact and without time to correct the behavior.

I’ve been working on the agency side for over two years now, but would love to jump again to the client side, as I have a sense like you feel more as part of the project.

Folks who are eligible for GC filing per yesterday's guidance, what are the documents we need to prepare for. BAL is not releasing any steps until they review this. Last time I missed my opportunity because uscis closed time window in a week after releasing these many applications. I suspect slowness of BAL and our leadership is going to again result in we loosing this extremely rare opportunity. Folks who are eligible, what can we do to push BAL and leadership to address this fast.
