Ask for 250 TC, if you crack the interview, they’ll negotiate to 220-230. At 200, you’ll have little to negotiate. Base around 150-160, rest is stock and sign on bonus, perf bonus etc
At Amazon sign on bonus is not a 1-time payment. They’ll divide it across the year and pay it every month with your paycheck. It also helps to make up for the fact that your first year stock vesting is only 5% so try to negotiate that piece up to what your comp would be in year 3 with stocks vesting if you assume current stock price.
