Recruiter told me they got positive feedback from my phone interview and moving me forward to final loop interviews. This was about 3 weeks ago, so far I haven’t received anything about scheduling of loop stage. Already broke the 2 days promise and it’s always me who needs to reach out to get any update. I’ve already emailed thrice within last 7 days and no response whatsoever. Anyone faced similar experience?Any workaround? Or should I give up any hope already?

How do you deal with an HR that ghosts you after 3 interviews that went really well? I landed an offer at Deloitte as a sr. consultant, and then negotiated for a managerial role. I was told all interviewers were really happy with me so she would be glad to arrange a reevaluation for the new role(I was interviewed by 2 Sr. Managers & an MD for Sr. Consultant role and will have to take another round with a partner for the managerial position). I tried following up thrice after, no response.

I was able to secure an interview at Microsoft for the Customer Solutions Architecture position. Want to find out from everyone what kind of questions I should be expecting in this interview and what the hiring process is going to be like. Amazons excessive interviews are an awful candidate experience. Why do they think this will help them win top talent in this competitive environment? Especially with their public cultural issues…? Lots of great paying companies without having to take a day off from work to interview! It’s overkill
