Any book recommendations for soft skills at an agency/studio? For stuff like giving feedback, meetings, presentations, client interaction, etc.

Are all big 4s in India the same? Moved from US to India and the work in one of the Big4s for consulting is so bad!! Unstructured, lack of traction, superficial work done.. 🙄🙄 how does any work get done? The project didn’t achieve targets last yr and they’re still making same mistakes this year..🤦‍♂️

My family mistreated me when I was younger, and now that I don’t live at home, they don’t call or bother to look for me, because frankly, I think they have a hard time admitting what happened - and will never apologize to me either. If I don’t call, or occasionally go see them during the holidays, we would never talk. Some of them are growing old (health-wise), and I’m scared this entire situation is just irreparable. Made the switch out of advertising into a different industry, and absolutely hating it. The $ is amazing though— is it possible to get back into advertising and make ~$130k in NYC with 5 yrs exp?
