Retail people! At the store level do they ever do any all building events? Here at the DC they do things like family day, holiday meals and hand out gifts to the team at Christmas. There's even some events for lesser known holidays. What is the experience like at the store level?

Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”
