Revenging got a new job as an analyst for our Credit Union’s asset liability management (ALM) team. I understand a lot conceptually, but the excel (and empyrean & Hyperion software) are a bit daunting. Can anyone recommend any free courses I can take to help me get up-to-speed? (Ie Udemy, CFI, Wall Street pros etc)

Does the size of the deals you work on impact your exit opps? I'm considering a role at an MM firm (non-PA firm) and they mentioned the deals are usually in the $200M area of size, which I realize is smaller than big 4 deals

Midtier Valuation Advisory to Banking? I have an offer from a midtier accounting firm (BDO) for their Associate position in the Valuation Advisory team.

I have declared my investments in tax declaration portal , still I see in monthly salary that there is huge tax deduction.
In my previous organization, once I declared my investments in the tax portal , then my salary was very less affected by tax deduction.
But in ey india , I don't see any effect after declaring my investments.
