Salary negotiation for Al ML engineer.

I've received an offer for an Al/ML Engineer role at 45 LPA (mostly fixed/base). Current pay 34 LPA

• From next month, I'm expecting at least a 15% hike in my current company.
• I'm unsure if I should negotiate closer to 55 LPA.

HR discussion:
• 1 mentioned I was expecting a 35-40% hike on my current pay.
• She asked if that was negotiable, and said no at the time.

I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
Should I:
- Continue working with the recruiting company, hoping that they will find another position for me? (as they told me they will, and when they applied me I started working with my current company within 2 weeks)

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp
