Coming from ACN, senior analyst, 3yrs total experience so far & wanting to get into the data analytics/BI work. Currently have had experience working with SQL developer, OBIEE/OBIA, Teradata in ERP and Healthcare projects. I also have my AWS Cloud Practitioner Cert, hoping to eventually get the Data Analytics Cert later. What are my chances of finding a role with another company that'll let me work in BI/data analytics and build up my skill at the same time? Been thinking of leaving ACN.

Is it a good time to switch to Deloitte considering all the recent layoffs ? Applying for a manager position in Deloitte Digital , not expecting more than 10% hike from my current salary.

MBB AP about to exit to non-FAANG tech. Would you expect a signing bonus and/or pre-determined severance pay if things don't work out with the new company? Currently at BNY Mellon with 10 YOE, specifically in Corporate Trust working CLO/CDO’s (first job out of college). I’ve moved around within the bank a few times but I’m just not happy here nor am I where I want to be in terms of comp . I want to pivot into something else but I have no clue what skills I could transfer elsewhere as what we do is so niche. They sucked me in when they said it would be a FA role but we don’t do any modeling, forecasting, etc.. Any advice/suggest/rec’s much apprecia

Hey Guys, Currently I am having 16.12 lac pa in current organization and 5% Bonus So total comes around 16.93lac pa. Nagarro is asking me to rejoin at 20 lac pa (5% Project bonus included).
When I left Nagarro around 2 years back my fixed there was 11.50. Shall I consider this offer of Nagarro. Reason I want to change the job is because I don't have code based automation in my current organization and I have been an SDET in my whole experience.

I am looking for ideas for a high school intervention class with students reading at PP-4th. I am a brand new teacher and have never taught intervention but we are extremely short staffed. I inherited the class mid-last semester and the former teacher had no framework whatsoever. I'm pulling grade level texts and trying to work on reading fluency and comprehension but don't feel like what I'm doing is effective, and the students are not very engaged.
