Hi Google - I am requesting guidance!
I am prepping for my interview specifically GCA and open ended questions. I struggle to tell if the outcome should be talking through your process/steps (maybe for a question like - how would you go about determining program complexity) vs a specific solution such as create x new product, for x market by x date based on my assumptions. Is the desired outcome something I can clarify with the interviewer?

Very relatable. I never worked there but every agency I’ve been at has treated it as a private to be there, putting the hours in. Sure. It’s a privilege to have a job. But it’s also their privilege to have employees. We need to collectively stand up for ourselves. The way they treat us has got to stop.
As a former colleague used to say "No one ever laid on their death bed wishing they had made more ads."

You’re now a CD and hopefully have some damn good work in your book to boot. Was it worth it?

Not to mention all deleted comments from senior copywriter. geez, talk about misery needing company.
I get it, people who feel miserable find some consolation in the idea that ‘nothing matters’, ‘it’s all garbage’ and ‘everyone should be miserable just like me’.
The truth is some people have jobs they dread doing. And some don’t. I know which person I want to be.
How long ago was this? Is it still like this?
I remember doing that. So glad I got out!
