Hi all, I was offered 19 LPA by FIS for Lead Analyst project management in Mohali location. I have 9.5 years of experience and 3.5 years of scrum master experience. I have negotiated and asked for around 22 LPA as I’m holding another offer by accenture with 21 LPA (16.8 L fixed), Gurgaon locations . Just wanted to know how much should I expect with my experience and this role.
Does FIS consider renegotiation once offer letter is rolled out.

I will be immensely surprised if they bring you in as a SC with only 2.5 year exp.
With no advanced degree and 2.5 years, that's a C for sure, no chance at SC.
It depends
MBA S&O hires start at 145k as an FYI.
OP, 110-120 should be your range.. also, D is Not giving much of joining bonus these days.. max I heard 5k for senior
Just got an offer w D. They don't give signing bonuses to experienced hires, only undergrads. I have 4.5 years exp, got brought in as SC, 120K.
Are you guys talking about deloitte consulting or deloitte advisory?
Fed or commercial? Truly how much experience? Advanced degree? Lots of variables.
You can do better. Maybe try for $120.
No advanced degrees. 2 and a half years. Not S & O. My Director from PwC moved there so I should have a good person on my team. Maybe it's 115 with the thought it may go down to 105
Man I need to start job hopping if people are making senior with 2.5 years' experience. Loyalty has no reward, eh?
Or making $120 I'm not even at that at manager
I moved over recently with no experience in the role-got promoted in the move. Making 94k & they didn't offer a signing bonus. If you're going advisory, you'll only get the SB as an entry level hire, is what I've heard.
Yeah if you only have 2.5 years experience I really can't see you coming in as an SC. Let's be realistic. I think expecting 10k signing is also unrealistic.
Thanks SC1...that's the info I needed. We'll see what happens
If you have a strong enough network, they might consider bringing you in as an SC. I was up for promo at my old firm, had the network at D and an advanced degree. So it was easy for me to make my case
Not true, I got an offer for 145, 10k signing bonus, and 5 more if I joined that day. At the time I was 5.5 years experience. S&O.
Coming from where?^
@k1 this sounds like DC does Deloitte advisory use the same titles? A, C, SC?
Analyst consultant senior consultant, yes
