Looking for some advice. I'm getting a part time role with a former boss at slb. Im taking a drug test next week and of course, theres a hair sample. I smoked in colorado last month so itll show on hair (not the urine). Any idea how big a red flag this is? I'll be consulting for them remotely, aka no heavy machinery usage. We're incredibly close but unsure how much that matters for this.

How do I quit my firm? I’ve accepted a position with a previous employer (non-legal), and they’d like me to start in 2 weeks. Paralegals have an informal agreement to stay with the firm for 2 years and I’m a few months shy of that, so I’m afraid they will be difficult in paying out my bonus from last year and my unused PTO. Hiring manager said during first interview that my location / remote status doesn’t matter and he has no concerns with hiring remotely for the role.
