Set clear expectations…
If you want this X feature, which was not included in the original scoping, this will delay the project X amount of weeks or to implement this feature and to keep the project on time we will have to prioritize feature Y.
There should be somebody above you managing stakeholder expectations
I usually tell them they can have whatever they want, but every item has a cost. In this case,it's development cost and time to market. I'd advise focusing on the most important things first, and the additional features can be added post-release. And by waiting until post-release, you'll have customer usage and feedback to go off.
It’s die to have a big North Star, but it can’t all fit into an MVP. Figure that out , lock in the value while the PO decides where to add value next.
Say no. That's what release planning is for. Once it's set that's it. Otherwise if it's a good idea it goes in the backlog.
Add items to the backlog, size and ask client to reprioritize the list.
