It's to assess your skills not your salary. If you have real skills and your resume is not BS there's nothing to worry about.
You should be around $100k. Won't matter much with the new normalized salary brackets
Don't tell them your current salary... Don't let them low ball you!
I have real skills, but when asked how much I am looking for, I stated we can speak about that and later discussions. The recruiter said the second round will either be with the team or with the head recruiter to establish my salary requirement
How much should a change management consultant make in the federal practice? I have four years of experience: 3 in Human capital and 1 in consulting. I have a masters in strategic communications from GW
And that does not count the five internships that I had
How much do you make now
C OP - That can vary a lot but I saw classmates with similar experience get low balled $65k from EY and also some grab up to $100k. The $100k was at Deloitte. Depends on firm, need, timing, etc.
I also have a secret and upgrading to a TS
I heard segments at Accenture vary in salary?
I'm currently at BAH
A3 what are the new normalized salary brackets?
WhAt is the title hierarchy at Accenture, what should I be? Exp.^^
Titles are Analyst, Sr Analyst, Consultant, Manager, Sr Mgr, MD. Based on what you've listed I'd say probably Sr. Analyst or MAYBE consultant. @A4 we don't publish brackets for obvious reasons...but if you're interested ask around and you'll get a pretty good idea. Or if you're a manager or above check out LCR's and do the backwards math.
I found senior consultant roles as well.
Sr. Consultant is only used for post MBA hires - would be highly unusual for an experienced hire candidate.
Even if I have a masters?
Would be ridiculous to ask for 115k?
Also does Accenture sponsor MBAs?
You can try for $115k but would say that's HIGHLY unlikely for federal. We do sponsor MBA's but it's super competitive to get the sponsorship and tough if you're not in Strat.
