Seeing many SAP consultants having 2-3 yoe getting 10-12lpa easily now a days. What would be the appropriate salary for 11 yoe in SAP tech module? I'm looking for a switch after 7.5 yr and confused that what should be the base minimum which I should ask?

Career advice?

I'm a relatively junior data engineer (2yoe), the only other engineer (senior) that trained me left about a 6 months ago and I negotiated a nice raise for the extra responsibilities.

My performance reviews have been stellar, but my manager is starting to look to hire a senior to help me deliver projects as we do lack capacity right now.

I feel like I might be missing an opportunity to ask for a promotion and hire a junior instead.

Any opinions/tips?

While all other companies (witch one's) are delaying variable pay or cutting it out.
Capgemini remained honest and giving variable pay early as they had very good profit this year(like all other witch companies)

Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.
