What are the qualities or traits or things you as an interviewer would want to see in a top candidate? Context: HR told me I will be evaluated for either Senior Consultant or Associate since I just got promoted in Kearney and don’t have a lot of tenure in the associate rank. Thanks a lot.

They said it is an onsite role with Mindtree Germany . My India salary is decent as per Indian market standards.Any idea how much will they offer me as Germany salary for the onsite role? Just got offered a job at a small biotech in London (UK). ~£45k plus bonus but only 1YR FTC and no equity.

I’ve been offered a role in S&C (Data Engineer) Consultant level w 65K base. How does this compare to the expected Consultant range?

During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. Is it even possible for us to come closer to a better agreement with them being so low? All other aspects of the job are in line with what I'm looking for, so I really want to make this work.

Hi all,

After the final interview, HR reached out and said they would like to extend an offer. HR gave a ball park of 135k - 145k base with about 15k in sign-on equity and 20k annual bonus.

After a couple of days, HR person came back with with 125k base and 20k annual bonus. No sign-on equity anymore. What should I do given that these numbers seem way lower than the initial range provided? HR claimed it’s because of “market conditions”.
