I am a ReactJS developer (frontend) with 3.8 years of experience. I currently switched my company but they don't have an opening for ReactJS and kept me on a bench for 3 months and they are telling me now to learn AEM technology and work on the AEM project for now.
They hired me for a package of 16 LPA.
So my questions are is it a good technology to learn? Should I say yes and have a career in it?
Will I get the same package like ReactJS or less? What is future if compared with React?

My old employer asked me if I wanted to come back to the company as a manager. The pay will likely be much better and the position holds more responsibility than I’ve had before, so overall it would be a step up. The issue is I left the company because of an abusive manager who constantly put me down and made me feel like I wasn’t doing anything right. If I come back I’d be working under her again. People who don’t submit their time daily, how do you remember what you did and for how long? I’ve worked mostly for financial services clients (banks, insurers, payments, etc.) but the exit ops I’ve come across seem a little underwhelming (mainly corp strat roles). Trying to get a better sense of what’s out there as someone who doesn’t have a specific content niche.
