OP: Try to maximize while you have the leverage. Keep your BATNA strong by looking out too.
(Secret: Interview with Cognizant/ Wipro / EPAM / Genpact for a better offer $$$ = best alternative if EY negotiation doesn't meet your expectations. Also, try +1 level firms to get leverage from EY on brand value.)

OP that's also an option. But pay close attention to the firm culture and LT commitment behind the new practice. Sometime experiments fail. I've been bruised by that in the past.
