Hello 🦈s,
Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?
Thanks in Advance 🙏
I have received offer from Shell and SAP labs is in final stage salary discussion. Shell is offering 6 lacs more than @SAP labs. I have tried to negotiate a lot from SAP but they are not ready. They are putting conditions like give your full commitment to join then only we'll release offer letter. I am currently looking for work life balance with growth. Should I join @SAP considering its a Product based and good WLB and learning? Teck Stack - Java/Micro-services/cloud YOE - 11yrs

You’re going to pay $140-160/hr for an Agency. For a decent SEO with years of experience I’d expect to pay ~$100+ an hour.
As far as hours, what services are you looking for? Someone to support a content strategy and keyword research? Linkbuilding and digital PR? Google My Business Optimizations for 30 locations? Online reputation?
Outside of services, how aggressive are you with growth?
If you want to share your site I’m happy to ask more questions I’d ask to make it less vague and get you a better answer.
Friendly neighborhood SEO freelancer,
At least $150-200 for a good one who won't bill BS hours.
Hi, I'm a freelance SEO consultant myself.
Freelance SEO's hourly rate vary depending on their experience level. I'd say between $80 to $200 per hour. As for the budget / how many hours per month, it really depends on the current performance of your site (where you're currently at) and your goals (how much growth are you looking to achieve). a good SEO would want to learn more about your business first, and then do a preliminary analysis to identify the opportunities, and finally propose a custom strategy and a quote.
Make sure to ask them to provide SEO case studies as well. And last but not least... Choose wisely. There are plenty of dodgy SEOs in the market and their services might be cheaper, but when it comes to SEO, I'd recommend hiring a decent one with a proven track record & legit client testimonials, otherwise it could end up costing you more in the long run (& wasted time).
Hope this helps.
Hi there, I'm moving into freelancing and from what I've seen for my own pricing analysis, hiring an SEO from the U.S. will run you about $100-$200/hour especially if they have been in the arena for years.
Less experienced SEOs usually charge less than $100, but some have very good understanding of what needs to be done to get a website to rank. What they charge can also depend on their pricing strategy.
I would come into a deal with a freelance SEO with a top rate of $250 for 5+ years of experience or $150 for 2-4 years of experience.
