Tanking USD and rising inflation with worst job market in the decade. The dude is more focused on international wars and playing UN- $1000 is a pittance compared to how the tax dollars are getting invested. Oh yeah, tariffs - good to get some refund from that extra tax I have paid all year long.

other than the initial 1k investment I just don't see how it's set up in an advantageous way. you are better off just investing in a brokerage.

You can oppose Trump and still profit from market conditions that exist under his administration. I support strong social systems, education, and women’s healthcare, but my investments are performing well in the current GOP environment. I’ll take the returns and free cash where they exist, without crediting the rhetoric and sentiment that helped create them.
