Serious question... WTF is IB, MBB, M7, CSR, etc???!?!!!

I accepted an offer from Cognizant for a consultant position a little less than a month ago. My joining date is 5th September and I would need visa sponsorship. I have completed my pre joining formalities and background verification. The thing is I haven’t heard from HR in a while and no update as yet on visa sponsorship process. Should I be worried?

How good is Program management role as compared to Product owner role? I have an opportunity to pick either of the two. Your thoughts?
a. In terms of growth in Amex ? (Currently I’m Band 30, asst manager )
b. In terms of exit opportunities down the line

Chase Sapphire Reserve is not able to book a ticket for me on Air India because the flight is not showing up on their system. The flights shows up everywhere else including on Expedia, which powers Chase’s portal. Anyone had similar experience?

My experience at D has been confusing through and through, and I think the company is purposely misleading. Over the course of 1 year, I’ve been in 3 different offerings and gone from a cross-consulting strategy consultant to an Oracle ERP consultant, all automatically based on organizational changes.
