AM in Tredence is a lead role. You will be playing a very crucial role, project manager, team management, stakeholder management etc.

You must be ready to work hands-on and demonstrate how to do your team. Have an in and out understanding of what goes in your project.

Work life balance is mostly on how you do the work. If your project has client connect at EOD, you must plan to start your day late and discuss with your manager regarding that. You must work 10hrs a day (you can take breaks). Mostly it will be 10-12 hrs.

There will be worse days where u will be spending 16hrs etc, but it won't be everyday.

Finally, it's a good company for learning and growing, do your best.
