I have: 10yrs of Salesforce nonprofit admin experience, MBA, 6 Salesforce certifications, 6 years as director of a medium-sized nonprofit, 1 year with a nonprofit-focused consultancy.

Currently making $120k as a senior consultant. Enjoy the current role and company but feeling a bit underpaid. Seem appropriate to y’all or should I start shopping?
