Shoot for PMP. I have similar experience to yours and passed my PMP last month!
If you don’t have the YOE for a PMP- the CAPM is useful same as CSM. They aren’t necessarily going to have a huge impact on setting you apart in applications- but it’ll show you’re striving for that experience and you have that foundational knowledge to be a competent PMO resource- and the courses that prep you for those will give you that knowledge to communicate in interviews.

You can get a PMP on 3 years if you have a 4 year degree. If not, sure spring for CAPM.
Get the pmp, more recognition in industry and same effort to achieve.
