Should I get another offer just to negotiate my compensation? Has this worked for anyone else? I like my firm but I know I’m below market pay. I know this can backfire but other firms having way too many layoffs for me to jump ship!

I’m currently in the process of being converted from contractor to permanent. In my initial conversations I was under the impression that I was in a different pay grade and asked for a salary 25k higher than the max allotted for my position. I was not getting any proper job, I joined a company as System Admin (the position name is only in pen and paper their actual work is data entry operator) on 3rd party payroll. The company only gives salary which is lowest in market. they don't provide any facilities. there is no career growth, learning facilities in this company. Still I am not getting proper job. Now I am forgetting the things I learned. Fully frustrated with my job. Please suggest how can I overcome the problem.
