Should you go all out at your exit interview? I mean in a professional manner. Should I point out the shitty worker too or just be generic and provide canned responses? Don’t want to burn bridges too.

Just be generic. Think about it...you really have nothing to gain from going all out.

True. They always keep quiet on everything and everyone is always in the dark so why bother telling them anything and help them when they never helped me in anyway. Thank you DS1. So happy to get out, can’t wait for it to happen fast enough.

You could come back. And if you truly care about the company's longevity give constructive criticism. It helps.

like

You may come back one day. Nuff said.

like

I think if you have constructive thoughts that will help coworkers you care about, you should say them - but in a nice way of course. My partner recently left and I feel like her comments made a positive difference for me :)

I agree wth EP1. At an exit interview I was asked specifically about an individual and I gave a very forthright, honest answer (this person had an extremely bad habit of sexually abusing other employees) nothing happened until YEARS later when a former employee actually sued the company.

like

My experience is that they don't give a fuck. I've tried to be honest and constructive and they (HR/Talent/Bosses) just don't want to hear it. Nothing changes. If you're truly done and never coming back then I say fire with both barrels. It won't matter but you'll feel better. If you may come back then stick to the facts but don't call anyone out specifically.

This is a recent incident happened to me, was interviewed for tcs, salary discussion happened on 12th March and was told to wait for final approval and was told that offer letter would be rolled out in 2 weeks. Hr did not negotiate on the CTC either. After waiting for a month i tried reaching HR they did not respond. After multiple emails they simply say that they cannot move forward due to high deviations. Guys is this normal in TCS that even after final CTC discussions ,candidates get rejectd.

Feeling so stuck, anxious and frustrated all the time.

Hi All,

Kindly help me in resolving the dilemma

MBA with Total YOE - 7+, relevant YOE- 5.3 , Skills - CYBERSECURITY,GRC, Audit.

I have got two offers
1. Genpact - 27 CTC (24 fixed + 10% variable plus gratuity) Manager level
2. Airbus - 23 CTC + 5 L JB
I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..

You think Airbus will come back with better offer?

Interviewer asked what my current salary / bonus is and I told them.

I got the offer and it’s exactly the same base/bonus as my current role. (Though they’ll also give me so stock options in the private company).

Can you share what is reasonable % increase to get for salary / bonus when switching jobs? I know the team really likes me.

I don’t want to seem disingenuous or that we are singling out our diverse employees (asking for photos). We have a remote and on-site workforce about 350+ EEs. Non white EEs make up about 35% of the company rn.

It’s hard to be motivated when rounds of layoffs happen and you see all your friends leave. But one thing that’s gotten me through all of this is working out. And when I say workout I mean the most pathetic, sad, barely completed beginner-level cardio dance routines. I’ve somehow forced myself to move while on lockdown and it’s somehow forced me to feel better. Whatever you’re doing, wherever you are: get up and move even if you don’t finish or end up going on a walk. Pls take care of yourself❤️
