My anxiety is keeping me up right now. I started this role in the beg. Of Dec. In which ends in sept. I feel i have given this enough time to either like or dislike. I truly want to roll off opinions?
On the bench for the third week, reached out to demand, my coach, RP and my network etc. Decided to catch up on some workout and laundry today. Shall I feel guilty?
Ok I don’t want to sound hypersensitive, but does anyone else think the phrase “on the bench” is kind of harsh? I’m not even on the bench but I feel slightly uncomfortable saying it
Just got on the bench.. How long can I prolong this beach time until I get a warning? Analyst level and 100% chargeability YTD
I wonder if it's a case of the Mondays on the bench or if my motivation will just never return...🤔
starting week 2 of the bench - love it.
On the bench and bored out of my mind!!!
Already on the bench for 7 weeks and nothing on radar until Jan end .... when does the talent or HR meeting invite come?

How is wipro in terms of stability , cross skilling, on bench projects, job security, on site oppurtunity?
What’s the best way to make a roll off plan? Any components to include other than proposed timeline and resources taking your responsibilities? Planning to switch groups.
Starting my third week on the bench after multiple projects fell through. PwCers, are we in a lull? Anyone have any advice?
what's the firm policy for expensing health related purchases? I'm soon going to buy a bench, couple of free weights and a Fitbit. can this be expensed to the firm? if yes, how? Thanks for the help!
I was laid off from a resource management role, working with employees approaching or on the bench, working with managers to staff projects, and support functions like report creation, scheduling, etc. Roles like this are few and many large consulting firms have frozen internal hiring. Do you think it would be beneficial to get a SHRM cert? Would that help get a "talent related" HR role? Worth the money? I have a background in recruitment as well.
I rolled off this damn job two months ago why am I just now getting review comments that need to be cleared right away smh.
Hi All, I wish to join one of the top consulting firms like McKinsey, BCG, B&C etc. I am currently working as a Business Analyst with a work ex of 3 years. I have started exploring on my own and one thing that came out different were Case Studies interviews and I have started reading and preparing for them. I will do MBA also post working in one of these firms. I was hoping if anyone can help me to prepare better or suggest a plan to land a job for a role that aligns with my ambitions. Thank You
Which of these two can get a job quicker? A. The one who resigned and currently unemployed B. The one who got fired
Thoughts on Prosci or SHRM-SCP certification? Which would be considered more valuable or highly regarded? Currently focused on Change Management but have a HR background (industry experience / area of study in college).
Remote work opportunities? I'm looking for firms to look into. Currently in health. I think this will be disruptive (given we can't be on site... and my firm isn't used to delivering remotely).
Jumping around big 4 for promotions, worth it?
So that y’all know: I reached out to Fishbowl Leadership yesterday and told them to be on the lookout for racist, trolling, or otherwise disrespectful posts regarding the uprisings going on due to the deaths of our people. If you see something, flag it. Let’s not let the white supremacists on this app chase us off. We’re here just like they are.
Happy Monday all! I am working on a panel discussion with 3 business leaders for increasing young female talent/pipeline in Tech with an inclusion lens. What questions do you have at the top of your mind? Theme is enhancing D&I through building female talent pipeline. Any suggestions are welcome :) Thank you.
Anyone else feel like they’re behind on the savings benchmarks? I’m close to 30 and have $35k in checking/savings and about $40k in 401k/HSAs. I do have my student loans paid off along with my car, but all the articles I’ve read say I have way too little saved. I make about 78k currently - thoughts?
I work at a T3 tech company (think Spotify). Comp discussions are in March, ive been getting recruiters all month offering me 30-35k more for the same level, is this something I can bring up at year end if I’m only expecting a 5k raise?
Agency Idea: The Ginger Group. Redheads only. You should see our Diversity and Inclusion page!
Canada PR question - how long do Canadian authorities take to return the passport (to US) with a single visit visa? Mine had reached on Tuesday, but there is no way to track on the IRCC website

My I-140 and I-485 are finally filed today 🐠s!!! Just wanna celebrate this milestone before hopefully getting that green card sooner than later... 🤞🏼
I really don’t understand the hate against Diversity and Inclusion efforts. I grew up hearing my parents worry about being passed over for promotions and denied opportunities, due to race. It’s a real concern for black professionals.
At Cisco and haven't gotten a raise since I've been here in almost 3y. I didn't pursue it the first 2y because I had close family deaths and poor performance. Now I'm outperforming my peers and ready to look elsewhere. Word on the street is that my org is getting stiffed pretty hard during focals. Any chance of bringing an outside offer to the table and getting a raise? Promotion? Just curious what your experiences are like. Managers, tech leads, whatever..
