I'm trying to choose between IBM Corporate Strategy and Innosight. I like both opportunities. Innosight pays more, but I've never had a big brand like IBM on my resume. Anyone a manager? I’m recently diagnosed (26F) and I can’t help but beat myself up everytime I fall short of my to do list. Makes me feel like a huge disservice to my team. I’ve been trying vitamin D and working out, but it makes my “highs” and “low” SO extreme. The simplest things are so complex in my mind.

If anyone feels similar, how do you manage these feelings? I’m personally considering switching to an individual contributor role, but can’t help but feel like a disappointment if I do.

Is there a problem to stay contract with your recruiting agency instead of converting to full time with the company? Should you push to get converted sooner rather than later?

How do you handle the next day after being up until 4am the night before on a deal? My other deal teams don’t know I was up so late, but obviously I’m going to be much slower in the morning. It sounds whiny to say “sorry for the delay I was up all night” when everyone else is also so busy...

First year: how long without a full ramp up before I should worry? I’m sub-250 hours since I started (3.5 months) and the firm/group are both busy. Other first years in my group are mixed. Worried I’m missing the reps that first years are getting at other firms. Enjoying the freedom while I have it, but I’m still thinking this is odd. Taking my shot in tech sales. Consulting was great experience but enjoyed the relationship and BD aspect more and didn’t see myself climbing to partner. Starting in a junior BD Rep role to learn prospecting and earn quota history. Took a big paycut for the potential future earnings as an Account Exec. Did I dun goof? Probably. For corporate strategy roles how long is the typically end to end process (application to offer)?

Deciding between a few offers that I have received/am expecting in the coming days/weeks and would love advice!

Current Salary: $80k TC

-Sr Business Analyst at major company in financial industries: $100k TC
-Sr Consultant at Big 4: $110k TC
-Sr Consultant at Boutique Firm: $125k TC

I would love to work in financial industries, but I dont know if having a Big 4 name would open more doors in future, or if $25k is too much to pass up on. Any input is appreciated :)

Got an offer at FAANG for PgM role with 140K in base + 70K in RSU (over 4 years). Have 6 YOE in consulting. With the new increase in pay at PwC the difference does not seem all that much though. Wondering if I got low balled and if there is anyway to renegotiate.
