(a) 2-3 years in. Consulting "tool kit" is solid
(b) ~1-2 year into Manager. Employers value experience managing people.

Comp depends on office. Which one? Travel was rare pre-pandemic. I did the occasional travel to a company event or Dream force, but almost never for a client, and never the 4 day a week grind.
Bay area. I read on this app that global team does travel. Can you move to the global team if you join local practice?
I read that at Shalom sales force, and I snorted iced coffee.
Better than thinking we're a ski team...
Probably won't travel much, if you do then it'll be on a staff aug project where you travel to the same client every week for a year.
