Delivery Leadership is the name of one of our practices, which is what makes this a little confusing from outside of Slalom. The âDelivery Leadership Directorâ role would have the expectation that you are selling our Delivery Leadership capabilities as part of a pursuit team, and that you are running all or part of the marketâs Delivery Leadership practice. Itâs roughly equivalent to a practice lead role, and would be a step up from a Senior Manager level at B4/ACN. The âDelivery Leadership Delivery Directorâ role would have the expectation that you are delivering on very large programs with many direct reports, and would have some expectation of you supporting pursuits (I.e. supporting RFPs) but you wouldnât be responsible for generating any of your âownâ revenue.

Thanks, this is helpful. Typically very large programs would have 80-90 FTEs or more? How many direct reports have you seen with Delivery Director? I believe cause of pyramid, direct reports will be on lower side say around 10-12? Growing practice as part pursuit teams makes sense at D level
There are now two Director level positions. One focused on delivery and another focused on sales
