I applied to a job opening on Accenture site on Nov. 16. Around Dec 16, my profile got rejected, without any calls or emails. I was told that I could apply only after 6 months. This is the message I got [We already have this resume in our database which we received from you or some other sources] How long do I still need to wait?

Controversial but I will ask - Was the interviewer Indian?
Pro
Sorry to hear OP. I've been through interviews with Indians, especially those born and raised in India and are in the over 45 age 'Uncle/Aunty' group. There mentality of evaluating someone's skills and interviewing someone is typical - " I will ask the most "kathin prashna", aur fir dekhenge ki aata bhi hai kuchh ki aise hi". These type of folks are everywhere in the US, and are an unnecessary evil.

OP from my experience some of those entry level questions are just to ensure your background in CS is solid. I personally have no problem with people of other backgrounds becoming “analytics lead” or something but sometimes we are very strict about pure computer science expertise and for those roles yes we expect managers to have the breadth of knowledge including the details. Scenarios are definitely tested and that’s the main component however if you are unable to answer the basics it doesn’t lead to a successful outcome.

^^ I understand that sometimes - but definitions like - “what is the difference between association and join” is very specific imo. In my deloitte interview the interviewers 6 yrs back gave me scenario based queries and till today I do the same.

Unless you’re going for a SWE Lead role then no. But to be honest, if you have a coding background you should know enough to have a discussion about it.
