So green card/F-1 Visa holders are no longer protected by the 1st amendment if they speak out against the US government’s positions?

I've been told that I'll be sent to the U.S on a secondment for 6 months. I have also read that the waiting period for US visa is more than a year. Any thoughts on this?

Setting healthy boundaries with family is HARD. Specifically a family that suppresses emotions, gets defensive, won’t talk out conflict, tons of gaslighting.
