So I had an HR interview with PWC for manager in DDV after being referred. They said they would reach out about next steps. I followed up a week later and was told they’re still trying to schedule. Followed up again and my email was bounced back as undeliverable. I think they left, but I have no other contacts in recruiting. Any advice?PwC

Joining competitor, boss was shocked and didn't expect to lose me to competitor. I stated reasons as step-up opportunity, project focus, pay but boss is not convinced. Competitor has similar branding, more niche focus. Getting promoted to one level up is the key reason for me.

Am I missing any thought process?
