So, I have transitioned from a different career path (within design field itself) into ux just a year back. I am working at the moment but being a fresher I feel like I'm not able to work to my fullest potential. I prefer a wfo job more than a wfh but I'm kinda stuck here. I want to make the change into a different company but despite applying constantly, I'm not receiving any callbacks. I'm feeling quite dejected and worried. Idk if this is for me and I'm so sad because I love ux so much.

Is Zs associates still providing WFH allowance for new joiners. Please guide as I am going to join and I am planning to buy a comfortable chair, so I will decide the budget depends on the allowance will be provided or not. Please suggest.

My base location is in Gurgaon but my nearest office is in Kolkata and currently I am at my home. Can I get it replaced from Kolkata office? And what is the general time frame for replacement.
