Have you had a change in management? The person writing you up - is he/she the same supervisor you've always had? It sounds like you used to say "how high?" - always taking the extra shifts and helping out other employees. Maybe your management is just expecting you to keep doing that, and maybe you are ready for a break. Do you have any PTO or holiday time you could use?

That’s awful! No one should feel like “company property,” and your family should come first. It’s hard when a job you loved turns toxic, especially with poor management. You deserve respect and balance, and it might be time to look for a place that values you properly.
I would have said oh okay So I will just jump out the door and I am not your property any longer as I never was! No is property of a company! Leave that place now!
Please move on as quickly as humanly possible
Time to look for a new job asap.
